Help with quality of product

Due to cataract surgery in June and my eyes worsening, I wasn't able to choose the lilac and white tea deodorant, and instead chose the lavender rose because it was the same color. The lavender rose smells like moldy grass on my skin type, but I love the lilac and white tea.

And because I used it, I'm afraid to take it back to the store.

Can you help me get another one without having to pay the $16 cost? I'm very aware that it's my own fault for not reading with my eyeglasses, but I never thought it would react that way on my skin.

Company doesn’t answer. No customer service. Even if they did answer, how would they rectify?

Super disappointed with the fact so many of my nice tops and blouses are absolutely ruined with giant grease stains from this deodorant! Some of my favourite shirts that I've spent money on and can't even be worn!

For $20-$30 for one stick is outrageous, like what do you think you are making thats so special, to even get away with charging that!? When ultimately you are just costing people more money! I bought a bunch while it was on sale, well that was a mistake! Good luck trying to get through to customer service, it's pointless because it doesn't exist.

Good job, guys! That's why you get for trying to go natural.

Anyway, there are so many other better, more affordable brands. Here's a few photos below of just some of my stained tops.

I am home and my doorbell was not rung for the delivery. This is the second time I have not received my delivery and you are yet to replace my July delivery.

It is impossible to reach someone - all codes have been entered as directed then they are rejected and more obstacles are created! ; it is time now for my daughter ( who has many followers ) to blog a warning about our Native Deodorant spray !

I'm somehow subscribed even tho I cant find my account or get them to send me a link to reset password. .

No reply to several emails requesting my account to be closed. They send emails telling me my item is on the way & advertising all their other stuff, but NOTHING that actually responds to my emails

I have bought the Native body deodorant several times! None works!

After a few times of using it (maximum 3 times), it stopped working. Does not spray at all! I am very disappointed!

Cancel my deodorant auto ship.

Evidently, I sweat a lot, and unfortunately, the deodorant does not take care of the odor. I tried it on my privates, but I got an irritation, so I just use it under my arms, but it does not work.

It’s good for the first few hours, then that's it.

I live in AZ. I love your shower gel, so if there are any deals on that, please let me know.

Ive emailed the company to return product 4 times. I only ever received a response once and in that response my desire to return product was not resolved.

Representative said reach back out when you receive product . I did, and never received a response. They continued to ship product via subscription, when I emailed again, begging them to cancel my subscription and allow me to return product. I later received an email that the subscription was canceled but still no ability to return product.

There is no phone number listed on website for customer service.

They clearly make it extremely difficult. Additionally, all variants I tried stained our clothing.
