The package was never received by UPS. According to UPS, I tried to contact Native to find out the status.

They have been jerking me around to the point where I had to go to Procter & Gamble and file a formal complaint.

Today, I'm waiting for a response from Proctor and Gamble. The person that I spoke to there was very nice and understood that this is a weakness in Native's customer service.

In actuality, it is not the deodorant , it’s the shampoo coconut milk n thistle curl care n conditioner that extremely drys my hair n scalp. So I had ask for suggestions on perhaps another one of your products that I should use. And to compensate me with a free product in return.
